Keynote Talk
Main Stage
Starting at 10.25am

This last year didn’t go as any of us planned. Covid took a lot from us. Job opportunities. Graduations. Motives. And mainly our mental headspace. It wasn’t all bad though. Covid allowed us to look inwards, take away distractions and find new ways to connect with people while innovating the way we worked and studied. In this talk, explore the Covid-19 & I, stories of several young pioneers as we learn how to move on from covid-19 onto a new dawn of self-acceptance.

Join Jonny Benjamin MBE, Body Confidence Coach Michelle Elman and Author Poppy Jamie as we explore the relationships between social media and mental health.

Hosting this fire-side chat is multi-award winning campaigner, international speaker, author and vlogger, and founder of youth mental health charity, Beyond, Jonny Benjamin MBE.

You Can Always Change
Starting at 1.50pm
Main Stage

The human brain is an amazing piece of machine that we haven't yet fully got a hold off. We often used the words 'I can't change who I am' but what if we are more adaptable than we think we are. WE are not stuck or defined by our past experiences and in this fire-side chat, we go into details with a neuroscientist and a fighter to explore how we can trick our minds to help us get more out of life.

Living In A Hybrid World
Keynote Talk
Main Stage
Starting at 3.05pm

The world is different now. We live in a hybrid world. Our lives have changed radically. And after the past year and a half we’ve had, getting “back to normal life” can seem like a lot. We’ve built new routines and habits to make sense of remote living. With uncertainty still on the table, it can be terrifying to think that we need to rush back into what was. Uncover what it means to live in this new hybrid world with change agent, Hayley Mulenda in this powerful keynote.
