The youth mental wellbeing festival of the year

I was embarrassed to talk about my mental health with my friends, family and work, until I met Jaymie who helped me speak up, get out of my shell and introduced me to a bunch of self-help resources. I created ME Day Festival to help young people find their Jaymie’s and know that there is a whole community of Jaymie’s around, if you’re brave enough to look.
